You’ll gain experience across the full marketing mix - from social media to events, email campaigns to client communications - and receive ongoing development, mentoring and professional training along the way.

You’ll also work towards your Level 3 Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship qualification, giving you a strong foundation for future progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support our busy marketing team with an exciting variety of tasks, including:

Digital & Website

  • Updating website pages and supporting SEO improvements
  • Performing routine website checks to maintain quality

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Helping create engaging graphics, videos and written content
  • Scheduling posts and interacting with followers
  • Supporting paid advertising and lead generation campaigns

Client Communications

  • Assisting with newsletters, email campaigns and client updates
  • Helping gather client feedback through NPS call surveys
  • Maintaining trackers and supporting monthly reporting
  • Ordering and managing the Investor Magazine

Events & Sponsorship Support

  • Helping to organise and run client events
  • Supporting fundraising and charity partnerships
  • Assisting with event logistics, materials and follow‑up activity
  • Occasional out of hours support with events

Approvals, Admin & Team Support

  • Using CRM system (Salesforce) to accurately input and track prospect and client data
  • Supporting our marketing approvals process (SJP/FP)
  • Assisting with gift ordering, stock management and printing
  • Helping advisers with bespoke materials and event preparation
  • Creating and delivering the ‘People Focus’ to the team

 

No two days are the same and this role with enable you to gain experience across different areas.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for previous marketing experience - we’re looking for the right mindset.

Someone who is:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative and curious
  • Organised with a good eye for detail
  • Confident using basic IT tools (Microsoft Office/Teams)
  • Confident in speaking to clients on the telephone
  • Eager to learn and willing to get involved
  • Ability to work well as part of a team

If you enjoy being part of a social culture and have a creative flair, this could be the perfect fit.

Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with Canva, CapCut or managing social media - even just for fun.
