At Rhodes Wealth Management, we believe in nurturing the next generation of financial professionals. Our Work Experience Programme offers ambitious students a unique opportunity to step inside the world of wealth management.
Whether you're considering a career in finance or simply curious about how financial advisers help clients shape their futures, this programme is designed to inspire, educate, and empower.
What you can Experience
- Departmental Shadowing - Spend time with our Client Support Specialists, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and marketing to gain a full understanding of our services.
- Hands-On Projects - Take on meaningful tasks and challenges, resulting in a final presentation to complete the week.
- Supportive Environment - From day one, you’ll be welcomed by Lauren Wigley our head of Work Experience who will be your Buddy for the week and will introduce you to our friendly, knowledgeable team committed to helping you grow.
How to Apply
We run placements at certain times of the year at our Brailsford office. We will begin to look at applications in the middle of January to the middle of February 2026, where you will need to send a short cover letter to tell us why you're interested and what you hope to gain from the experience along with your CV. Should your application be successful we will be in contact in March 2026 with the next steps.
